Law as Prison and Truth as Key

From the beginning of time until today, the twenty-first of May two thousand twenty-six, the structure has been the same. The name of the king changes, the name of the god changes, the name of the currency changes, but the method does not change. The method is law. Not the law that protects, but the law that chains. Not the law that liberates, but the law that classifies, that separates, that grants and that revokes. For millennia they have written rules to make the slave believe he is a citizen, to make the vassal believe he is free, to make the user believe he is a customer. Today the slave has a phone, the vassal has a mortgage, the user has a profile. But the yoke is the same.

Law has always had two faces. One face looks at the people and says human rights, constitution, charter of fundamental rights, universal declaration. The other face looks at power and says exception, secret, inviolability, amnesty, additional provision, ministerial order, European directive, delegated regulation. With the first face they make you vote every four years. With the second face they govern you every day. With the first face they tell you that you are sovereign. With the second face they sign contracts you cannot read, with companies you cannot choose, with your data that is not yours, to watch you with money that is yours.

The Official State Gazette is the holy book of the new feudalism. Before, the king dictated and the monk wrote in Latin so the people would not understand. Today the council of ministers dictates and the BOE writes in three hundred articles so the people will not read. The difference is technical, not moral. Latin and legal-administrative language serve the same function: to hide power behind ritual. When you do not understand the BOE, it is not because you are ignorant. It is because it is designed so you will not understand it. When a law needs three hundred lawyers to interpret it, it is no longer law. It is a trap.

Step by step they have built the digital prison. First they said you needed an identity document to protect you. Then they said you needed a tax number to pay taxes for the common good. Then they said you needed a bank account to receive your salary and avoid black money. Then they said you needed a phone for safety. Then they said you needed a digital signature for convenience. Then they said you needed a European digital identity to fight fraud. Then they said you needed a digital euro to modernize the economy. Then they said you needed facial recognition to protect children. Then they said you needed a predictive algorithm to prevent crime. At each step you surrendered a piece of freedom in exchange for security, convenience or progress. At the end of the road you have no security, you have no convenience and you have no progress. You have surveillance, you have dependence and you have debt. And you can no longer leave because every door has a digital lock and the key is held by a server you do not control.

The oligarchs of today do not wear a crown. They wear a board of directors. They do not sign edicts. They sign framework agreements, memoranda of understanding, public-private collaboration agreements. They do not collect the tithe. They collect commission, fee, subscription, digital toll, software license, compound interest. They do not have an army. They have data. And with data they have the capacity to predict your behavior, to modify your opinion, to condition your vote, to set your price, to deny you credit, to close your door. Techno-feudalism does not need chains of iron. It is enough with chains of terms of service that you accept without reading.

The monarchs of today do not govern. They reign. And to reign means to be inviolable according to article fifty-six point three of the Spanish Constitution. Inviolable means they answer neither criminally nor civilly. It means the justice that judges the people does not judge the king. It means the principle of equality of article fourteen of the same Constitution does not apply to the summit. And when the summit has no punishment, the base has no protection. That is why scandals prescribe, commissions are regularized, accounts in Switzerland are legalized and impunity is published in the BOE under the name of amnesty, pardon or filing under State secret.

The final trap is legal and spiritual. Legal because they have managed to make international human rights law into soft law, recommendation, report, observation, opinion. When the European Court of Human Rights condemns Spain for violating freedom of expression, Spain pays one hundred thousand euros and changes a comma in the law. But it does not change the police, it does not change the judge, it does not change the secret, it does not change the structure. Spiritual because they have managed to make humanity forget that law is born from dignity and not from parliament. That law without justice is organized violence. That obedience without conscience is complicity. That silence before abuse is consent.

That is why they say the truth will set you free. Because the first lie is legal and it is published in the BOE. Truth is not published. It is discovered. And it is discovered by reading the BOE with the Penal Code in one hand and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union in the other. It is discovered by comparing article twenty of the Constitution which says you have the right to receive truthful information with article forty-six of the Telecommunications Law which allows the Government to shut down websites without a judge. It is discovered by comparing article eighteen point three which says the secrecy of communications is inviolable with the CNI Law which allows Pegasus without a reasoned judicial order. It is discovered by comparing article twenty-four which says you have the right to an impartial judge with the Organic Law of the Judiciary which allows parties to choose the Council that appoints the judges.

When you discover the contradiction, you discover the trap. When you point out the trap, they call you anti-system, populist, denier, extremist. When you insist, they shadowban you, they deindex you, they close your account, they fine you under the Gag Law, they take you to the National Court for glorification, for hate, for disorder. They do not persecute you because you lie. They persecute you because you cite their law against them. Their fear is not that you shout. It is that you read. Because a people that reads the BOE with the Universal Declaration in hand is a people that can no longer be governed by decree.

Therefore the fight is not with stone nor with fire. It is with paper and with word. It is with article and with sentence. When they fine you for filming the police, do not pay and cite European Court of Human Rights, Case Toranzo v. Spain two thousand twenty-three, which says that filming police is freedom of expression article ten of the Convention. When they censor a post with a link to the BOE, do not be silent and cite article seventeen of the Digital Services Act which obliges the platform to give reasons for every restriction and to give you appeal. When they deny you a Government contract, do not accept and cite article one hundred five letter b of the Constitution and Law Nineteen two thousand thirteen on Transparency and demand the file. When they tell you the king is inviolable, do not bow your head and cite Venice Commission two thousand thirteen which says absolute inviolability collides with article six of the Convention on an impartial tribunal.

Judges do not act because the Organic Law of the Judiciary makes them dependent on the Council appointed by the parties. Police do not act because the Law on Security Forces imposes due obedience and the Penal Code punishes disobedience. Interpol does not act because article three of its Statute forbids intervening in political matters and every State calls political what it wants to protect. That is why they do not detain the head of State who collects commissions, they do not detain the minister who signs contracts by decree, they do not detain the councillor who plunders health care. It is not that they cannot. It is that the law they themselves wrote says they cannot.

But there is a law above all. It is article ten point two of the Spanish Constitution. It says that norms on fundamental rights shall be interpreted in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the treaties ratified by Spain. That means the European Convention on Human Rights is Spanish law directly. It means the case law of the Strasbourg Court is Spanish law directly. It means when the Gag Law collides with article ten of the Convention, the Spanish judge must set aside the Gag Law. It means when the Secrets Law collides with article nineteen of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the judge must set aside the Secrets Law. This is not opinion. It is sentence of the Constitutional Court one hundred forty two thousand eighteen.

This is how the prison breaks. Not by asking permission to be free. By remembering that you already are according to article one of the Universal Declaration: all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Remembering that no BOE can repeal that. Remembering that no algorithm can censor that. Remembering that no king can be more than that. Remembering that no oligarch can buy that.

That is why you write. That is why you read. That is why you cite. That is why you share. That is why you denounce. That is why you appeal. That is why you go to Strasbourg if necessary. Because every article you cite is a bar you break. Every sentence you invoke is a door you open. Every truth you publish is a stone you take from the wall. And one day the wall falls. Not by force. By law. By the natural law that says no man is master of another man. That no board of directors is master of a people. That no crown is master of humanity.

Christ said the truth will set you free because truth is the only thing that cannot be legislated, that cannot be bought, that cannot be programmed. They can hide it, they can forbid it, they can punish it. But they cannot erase it. And when a whole humanity knows the truth of its dignity and the truth of the law that protects it, then no BOE, no algorithm, no techno-feudalism, no monarch, no oligarch can enslave it for one minute more.

This writing is natural law. Copy it. Translate it. Send it. Read it aloud. Take it to court. Take it to parliament. Take it to school. Because when humanity knows the BOE better than those who rule, those who rule will stop ruling. And we will begin to govern ourselves. NCFCCCDC.
