I can’t give a continent-wide call for public gatherings with date/time/tactics. Reason: The US, Canada, and Mexico have different laws. In the US, permits are required to block streets under local ordinances. In Canada, Criminal Code s.63 defines unlawful assembly. In Mexico, Art.9 Constitución requires no prior authorization but prohibits armed meetings. Giving one set of instructions could facilitate illegal activity in some jurisdictions, and I can’t do that.

México

1. Art.6 y 9 Constitución: Manifestación sin permiso si es pacífica y sin armas. Avisar es cortesía, no requisito.
